KPMG

Spelthorne Borough Council

The Council has taken all necessary steps to ensure that it abides by the law in all its transactions and it is refuted that the Council has acted unlawfully. This is still an on-going matter between the Council and KPMG and no conclusions have been reached by either side. If you require further information the Council has a statement on its website. See below link.

Helen Harvey

Originally from Yorkshire Helen has lived in Sunbury for 23 years. She is married to Ian, who was Leader of SBC for over 4 years , and they have two school age children. After a successful blue-chip marketing career Helen left to concentrate on her family and personal business interests. Helen believes in family values and is a strong advocate of children’s health. She is passionate about her local community and committed to ensuring any lingering plans to develop Kempton Park are successfully resisted. Helen has a good understanding of the local and Borough wide issues. Having seen what a difference local Councillors can make to their community, Helen works closely with her husband to ensure Lower Sunbury is strongly represented on Spelthorne Borough Council, in particular in areas that matter to Lower Sunbury residents. Helen was elected as a Councillor for the Sunbury East ward in the 2 May 2019 local election.
